John Luo

John LUO has worked in the IT field for over 13 years. John began their career in 2007 as a Data Center Engineer at KDDI Corporation, where their primary responsibility was managing 13 operational engineers and ensuring SLA and team leadership for the Data Center. John was also responsible for optimizing Data Center equipment, such as Think/Huawei/HP/DELL, setting up Windows/Linux configurations and features. In 2014, John LUO began working at SEPHORA as an IT Engineer. John's main tasks included managing cloud services (Office365/Sharepoint/Azure Active Directory/Azure Iaas/Paas) and establishing information security strategies to protect against malware and data loss. In 2017, John LUO joined Melaleuca:The Wellness Company as an IT Engineer. John's duties included building a Chinese cloud computing platform, which included the main flow cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and connecting the cloud with the local data center through a dedicated network. In 2020, John LUO moved to SoftwareONE as a Cloud Architecture Engineer. John was responsible for providing cloud solutions to Microsoft clients, including cloud migration, data processing, SaaS solutions, and network acceleration. Finally, in 2022, John LUO began working as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Zilliz. At Zilliz, they are responsible for building Milvus, the world's most advanced vector database, which accelerates the development of next generation data fabric.

John LUO graduated from Nanchang University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they obtained the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft.
