Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Performance Management at Zillow since December 2025, Cara has previously held the position of Senior Specialist in Performance, Talent & Compensation at ActBlue, where significant initiatives such as the establishment of the first talent review process and new compensation structures were implemented.
