Ellen McCandless

Ellen McCandless currently serves as the Talent Brand Multi-Channel Media Marketing Manager at Zillow, having started this role in December 2023. Prior to this, Ellen held the position of Employer Brand Manager at Alaska Airlines from March 2022 to July 2023, where strategic planning and collaboration across departments led to the development of an employer brand strategy. Experience at 1-800Accountant as the Social Media Marketing and Community Manager from November 2020 to March 2022 involved utilizing customer insights and social listening to inform marketing strategies. Earlier roles include Marketing Coordinator at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana, where Ellen managed social media content for multiple entities, and a Marketing and Social Media Intern position at Yalobusha Brewing Co., which included enhancing the brand's online presence. Additionally, Ellen completed a Communications Internship at Baptist Memorial Health Care. Ellen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of Mississippi in 2015.
