Phoebe Schultz

As Vice President of Contact Center Operations at Zillow Group, Phoebe leads the workforce planning, performance management, vendor operations and project and change management organizations, which support consumer and partner-facing teams. Phoebe also leads the Zillow Connections teams that help buyers and borrowers find the support they need from a Premier Agent or Zillow Home Loans officer.

Before joining Zillow Group in 2019, Phoebe was Senior Director of the global service delivery organization for Egencia, Expedia’s Corporate Travel brand, which has approximately 2,000 travel consultants in 25 countries.

Phoebe earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Washington.
