Tony Becerra

Tony Becerra serves as the Vice President of Contact Center Operations at Arrowhead Credit Union since July 2021, having previously held the position of Assistant Vice President in the same department. Prior to joining Arrowhead, Becerra accumulated extensive experience at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) from December 2006 to July 2021, where roles included Manager of Technical Support and Manager of Process Improvement and Communications. Becerra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles.
