Tim Swank

Tim Swank currently serves as the Vice President of Mortgage Sales and Real Estate Agent Partnerships at Zillow, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tim accumulated extensive experience at Rocket Mortgage from August 2010 to December 2022, holding various titles including Regional Vice President of Retail Banking and Partnerships, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Director of Mortgage Banking. Tim's career began at One Reverse Mortgage Services as a Senior Mortgage Banker from 2008 to 2010 and included earlier experience as a Mortgage Banker at Rocket Mortgage in 2007. Tim Swank earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Toledo, completing this program from 2003 to 2007.
