Mark Mundell

Mark Mundell is an experienced professional in product management and consulting, currently serving as the Head of TA Portal Product Delivery and Senior Product Manager at ZILO™ since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Capco from February 2020 to July 2023, including Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant. Mark's career also includes experience as a Senior Operations Manager at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, and Manager of Transfer Agency at BNY Mellon. Earlier roles at Lloyds Banking Group included Resource Planning Manager and Customer Service Team Manager. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Stirling, obtained in 2006.
