Carlos Lienstadt

Carlos Lienstadt serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zilor since October 2022, overseeing global people management processes with teams in Brazil, the US, and Belgium. Previously, Carlos held various roles at Yara International, including VP of HR Americas and VP of HR & Communication Brazil, where responsibilities encompassed HR processes and team leadership across multiple regions. Carlos's extensive HR career began at Embraco, where significant global HR strategies were defined and executed. Carlos holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from FGV and an Executive MBA in Organizational Behavior from Universidade Positivo, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade da Região de Joinville.
