Arik Elimelech

Arik Elimelech is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as EVP HR & Organization and Head of Global C&B Organization & People Analytics at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since May 2018. Prior to this role, Arik held the position of ICT Investment Manager at the Ministry of Economy and Industry in Israel from December 2017 to May 2018. Arik's career began in the Israeli Navy, where Arik served as a Naval Officer for nearly 30 years, from August 1987 to June 2017. Arik holds degrees from Bar-Ilan University, earned between 1995 and 1997.
