Avner Farhi

Avner Farhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as the Global Data Base & SAP Basis Department Manager at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since December 2019. Previously, Avner spent over 22 years at Oracle, holding various roles including Customer Success Manager and Critical Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed revenue growth, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and facilitating product adoption. Avner's career began with a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1992 and 1996.
