Michael Gerke

Michael Gerke has extensive experience in operations and logistics, currently serving as a Business Analyst at ZIM since February 2004, focusing on enhancing logistics and vessel operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Responsibilities include the implementation of IT systems in new agencies and providing first-level support to key users. Prior roles at ZIM include Cost Controller for North Europe and Invoice Verification Clerk, where tasks involved auditing invoices and addressing discrepancies.
