Noa Goelman-Shalom started their work experience in 2006 at Cellcom as an Education and Training Manager. In 2012, they became self-employed and worked as an Organizational Development Consultant until 2017. In 2016, they joined ZIM Integrated Shipping Services as an Organizational Development Manager and later became the Director of Global Learning & OD in 2019.
Noa Goelman-Shalom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Philosophy from the University of Haifa. They also hold a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, they have undergone training as a group facilitator at the University of Haifa.
