Rachel Chang is a seasoned professional in the shipping and logistics industry with extensive experience in process excellence and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Excellence at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since July 2021, Rachel has held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Service Manager and Manager of Export Customer Service.
