Kizito Makatiani

Kizito Makatiani serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Zimasa Health since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kizito founded Turnkey Africa in 1997 and held the position of CEO until March 2025, directing a leading Pan-African insurance technology and services provider that supports 38 clients across seven countries in Africa with comprehensive insurance business software solutions. Kizito's career began as a Billing Systems Analyst at Africa Online Ltd from 1995 to 1997. Kizito holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering Technology/Technician from Moi University, completed in 1994.
