What started as a network of local WhatsApp groups is evolving into a centralised platform designed to make it easier to find community groups, housing information, jobs, events, and trusted services without the noise and fragmentation common in large chat groups.

Zimbos is being built using a lean, community-led approach, focusing on real needs, trust, and responsible growth. The platform prioritises clarity, safety, and inclusivity, while working closely with organisations and service providers that genuinely benefit the community.
