Ash Nand

Ash Nand has over 15 years of experience in IT, currently serving as the IT Associate Director for End User Services and APAC Infrastructure BRM at Zimmer Biomet since June 2008. In this role, Ash leads IT infrastructure and end user support across the APAC region, ensuring service excellence and alignment with global IT standards. Previous positions at Zimmer Biomet include managing End User Services, overseeing Global IT Service Desk operations, and providing comprehensive IT support. Prior experience includes a technical support role at Optus. Ash holds an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology with a focus on Business Analysis from The Northern Sydney Institute.
