Charles Campbell

Charles Campbell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in supplier quality management and assurance, particularly within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Supplier Quality at Zimmer Biomet since March 2017, Charles has held multiple roles including Supplier Quality Manager and Global Principal Supplier Quality Engineer. Key achievements include remediating the Supplier Control process, significantly reducing internal audit findings, and aligning supplier validation processes with ISO 13485 standards. Prior experience includes roles at ACIST Medical Systems, Zimmer Spine, Boston Scientific, and Goodrich Aerospace, where Charles demonstrated expertise in quality system deficiencies, product validation, and process improvements. Charles holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas, respectively.
