Emma Qu

Emma Qu is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Engineer II at Zimmer Biomet since June 2015. Emma Qu has successfully managed the Request for Quote (RFP) process and directed cross-functional teams for supplier selection, qualification, and production process approval for new product introduction projects. Prior roles include Senior Validation Engineer and Validation Engineer at Biomet, where Emma Qu conducted special process validations and gap analyses, ensuring compliance through corrective and preventive actions. Earlier, as Engineering Group Lead, Emma Qu oversaw several significant project transfers and validations, enhancing product quality and efficiency. Emma Qu holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering, both from Beihang University.
