Greg Siller

Greg Siller is a seasoned executive in the medical device industry with extensive experience in leadership and commercial roles. Currently serving as President of ASC & Surgical at Zimmer Biomet since August 2025, Siller previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Nevro from June 2023 to June 2025, where successful leadership contributed to the company's sale to Globus and management of a $400M global P&L. Prior to Nevro, Siller spent nearly two decades at Stryker, advancing to Vice President & General Manager of Stryker Interventional Spine with oversight of a $300M global business. His tenure also includes a successful ten-year period in various sales leadership positions at Stryker, where Greg significantly grew revenues within the Surgical Technologies Business Unit. Siller's career began with a sales role at WB Mason after obtaining a full athletic scholarship for football at the University of New Hampshire, where Siller earned a degree from January 1999 to January 2003.
