Payton Sodervick

Payton Sodervick is an Associate Financial Analyst at Zimmer Biomet as part of the Finance Development Program, having joined in July 2024. In the initial rotation as Plant Controller for West Campus Instruments, Payton has contributed to month-end reporting, quarterly projections, and annual operating plans, along with partnering with cross-functional leaders to set financial performance targets which led to significant operational cost savings. Prior experience includes a Corporate Finance Internship at Zimmer Biomet, focusing on financial oversight and case study development to enhance financial performance, and a Data Analyst Internship at Key Data Dashboard, where Payton managed extensive vacation rental data and produced analytical reports. Payton holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in 2024, following a foundational education at Wabash High School.
