Tessa Turnbull is the Global CRM Director at Zimmermann, where she leads the CRM department overseeing functions such as CRM Marketing, Data Hygiene & Insights, and Client Development. She is also responsible for driving growth in client base and value. In addition to her CRM role, she is also the Global Client Services Director, managing global operations of the Client Services teams across different countries. Prior to her current role, Tessa held positions in digital project management and business development at various companies such as iris Worldwide, ICLP, Sevenval Ltd., and TranslateMedia. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Entrepreneurship from RMIT University.
