Bettina Erlenkämper

Bettina Erlenkämper has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Bettina began their career in 2001 at Sanofi as an HR Manager and worked there until 2005. Bettina then joined Zimmer Biomet Germany and held positions such as Human Resources Director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland, and later served as the HR Lead for Germany and Country Integration Manager. In 2016, Bettina joined Zimmer Biomet as the HR Associate Director for Dental in the EMEA region and later became the HR Lead for EMEA. Currently, they are working for ZimVie as the HR Director for EMEA & APAC.

From 1985 to 1991, Bettina Erlenkämper attended Goethe University Frankfurt, where they pursued a degree in political economics (Volkswirtschaftslehre). Bettina successfully completed their studies and obtained the degree of Diplom-Volkswirtin in political economics.
