Carla Fernandez has extensive work experience in supply chain planning and demand forecasting. Carla has worked for various companies in different roles, starting with Datarisk S.A. as a consultant, where they conducted research and developed consulting projects. Carla then worked at Penalty Argentina S.A. as a Demand Planner, responsible for generating demand forecasts and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. Carla later joined Nike as a Demand Planner, where they focused on demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and leading collaborative forecasting processes. Carla then moved on to Revlon as a Demand & Business Planning Lead, deploying the Argentina chapter of the global Oliver Wight model IBP program. Carla Fernandez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 1998 to 2005. Carla then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Universidad del CEMA from 2007 to 2009.
