Evan Hathaway

Evan Hathaway is a seasoned development engineer with extensive experience in medical device engineering. Currently serving as a Development Engineer Sr. I at Highridge Medical since April 2024, and previously holding a similar title at ZimVie since March 2022, Evan has built a strong career at Zimmer Biomet from 2017 to 2022, where roles included Development Engineer Sr. I and Sr. Quality Engineer. Evan's experience encompasses significant work with Biomet Microfixation as a Sustaining Development Engineer and NPI Associate Quality Engineer, focusing on root cause evaluations, design improvements, and quality systems. An early career foundation was established at the University of North Florida, culminating in a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with leadership experience in the Formula Society of Automotive Engineers and an internship at Stellar.
