David Hall

David Hall, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in space technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ZIN Technologies since May 2022, Hall leads teams focused on space experiments related to combustion science in Lunar gravity. Prior to this role, Hall worked as a Project Controls Engineer at ARES Corporation, supporting NASA programs for deep space exploration, and contributed to publications for major conferences in 2021. Hall has previously held positions at Foliage, Rockwell Automation, and ZIN Technologies, where a diverse range of projects were managed, including NASA payload systems and automation solutions for government clients. With early career experience at Picker International, Sverdrup & NYMA, Texas Instruments (Defense Systems), and Rockwell/Rocketdyne, Hall has developed a comprehensive skill set in engineering and project management. Hall holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MSEE in Circuits, Control Systems & DSP from Southern Methodist University.
