Taylor Rivera

Taylor Rivera is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts since July 2021, Taylor also holds the position of Assistant General Manager at Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar and has been a Manager at Blanco Tacos and Tequila since 2019. Prior roles include managerial and server positions at Oregano's Pizza Bistro and Arriba Mexican Restaurant, as well as a confectioner role at Sweet Shoppe. Taylor began a career in restaurant management with a Management Internship at Fox Restaurant Concepts in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
