Isabel Richards Frsa

Isabel Richards FRSA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development within the technology and grocery sectors. Currently serving as a Visiting Fellow at Zinc since November 2024 and a Product Advisor and Principal Product Manager at Faculty since October 2021, Isabel previously held significant roles at the University of Cambridge and Digital Catapult, contributing to AI, ethics, and technology development. Isabel's tenure at Ocado Technology from July 2015 to August 2021 included leadership positions such as Head of UK Development Centres and Head of Product for the Ocado Smart Platform, where Isabel played a crucial role in bringing products from concept to launch. Isabel's educational background includes a Master's in AI, Ethics, and Society from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
