Wayne Gibbins

Wayne Gibbins is an experienced entrepreneur and advisor specializing in regenerative agriculture and AgTech. Wayne is the Founder and CEO of Bliss Farms, a regenerative investment fund focused on supporting farmers and sustainable practices. In addition, Wayne founded AgTech Advisors, providing strategic consultancy to founders and investors in the agriculture sector. Wayne serves as a Strategic Advisor at DeepRoots and holds a Fellow position at ZINC, a venture capital company builder. As a co-founder of New Foundation Farms, Wayne contributes to a large-scale regenerative farming initiative in the UK. Wayne is also an Investor at Carbon13, a member of Top Tier Impact and Global Regeneration CoLab, and a Pledger at Founders Pledge. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree in Agricultural Technology & Innovation from the Royal Agricultural University, Wayne is dedicated to driving impactful change in agriculture and sustainability.
