David Houston

David Houston has held various positions in the engineering and quality assurance fields since 1999. David began their career at Xerox as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where they managed the range of Global Purchasing for electronics, inks, chemicals, dyes, and adhesives. David also investigated an issue related to irregular QC filtration test results of an aqueous ink and recommended an effective solution to the vendor. David then worked as an Engineering Manager and Commodity Manager, where they resolved critical quality and supply issues to support production demand, sourced new chemicals, and developed optimal sourcing strategies. David also served as a New Product Introduction Manager and Software Project Manager. In 2020, they joined ZincFive, Inc. as a Patent Analyst Consultant and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer.

David Houston received their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering/Electrochemistry from the University of Washington.
