Prior to this, Sam served in the British Army as a Sergeant and held leadership roles within the Honourable Artillery Company. With experience in operations management at BeRightBack and Sailing Holidays, as well as founding BridgeGlobal, Sam has a strong background in leadership and business development. Sam's expertise extends to the recruitment sector, where Sam worked as a Start-up Account Manager at Oakwood Recruitment. Sam holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.
