Graham Riley

Graham Riley is an experienced Senior HSE Business Partner at Zinfra, where since March 2023, support is provided to operational teams for the effective implementation of HSE strategies and safe systems of work. Prior to this role, Graham held various positions at Mornington Peninsula Shire from June 2008 to February 2023, including Team Leader of Roads Drainage & Cleansing Operations, Risk Management Lead, and Manager of Safety & Service Quality, effectively leading a team to ensure high standards in infrastructure services and asset protection. Additional experience includes roles at Downer and VicRoads focusing on safety and community liaison. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from SIA Global, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Chisholm Institute, and a C.O.T. in Architectural Drafting from RMIT.
