Heather Barnes

Heather Barnes has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Team Leader for Transmission (Gas) Scheduling at Zinfra since September 2019. Previously, Heather has held various leadership roles at Jemena from March 2008, including Team Leader for Transmission Scheduling and Customer Response, overseeing fault call handling for gas and electricity networks. Additional responsibilities encompassed the role of Business Improvement Manager, focusing on the management and support of the Gas technician trainee/apprentice program, as well as Scheduling & Dispatch Manager, where coordination of maintenance teams was essential. Heather began her career at ANZ as a Manager's Assistant from February 1995 to July 1998.
