Dr. Ken Alleyne is a healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Dr. is currently the founder of Zing Health, a company that is on a mission to make healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone. Prior to starting Zing Health, Dr. Alleyne was the CEO of New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, the largest public healthcare system in the United States. Dr. also served as the President and CEO of the Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network, the Louis Armstrong Educational Foundation, and Zing Health. Dr. Alleyne has a passion for making healthcare more equitable and efficient, and they have dedicated their career to improving access to quality care for all.
Dr. Ken Alleyne attended Williams College for their undergraduate degree. Dr. then attended Wake Forest School of Medicine for their MD. After medical school, they completed a research fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. then did their residency in orthopedic surgery at Howard University College of Medicine. Lastly, they completed a fellowship in sports medicine, knee, and shoulder surgery at Yale University School of Medicine.
