Aashutosh Mishra

Aashutosh Mishra is the Co-Founder & CEO at Zinia. Aashutosh was previously the Chief Analytics Officer, PRA Group Europe from June 2012 to December 2018. Aashutosh was responsible for portfolio valuation, operational strategy & business intelligence across PRA's European business in 9 countries. Aashutosh also led/ motivated a team of 50+ analytics staff across multiple locations and drove operational changes in multiple country operations working in a matrix management environment. Aashutosh was also an approving member of Investment committee of PRA Group Europe and an Approved Person with FCA and a Board Director for PRA UK business.

Before joining PRA Group, Aashutosh was the Head of Risk & Analytics at Cabot Credit Management from March 2008 to June 2012. Aashutosh was responsible for mitigation of credit risk at debt purchase and operational risk across the debt collections lifecycle. Aashutosh was also responsible for leading and motivating the risk department comprising of 3 teams (staff of 18): Modeling, Portfolio Risk / Collections strategy, and Underwriting.

Aashutosh Mishra graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay with a Bachelors of Technology. Aashutosh then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the London Business School. After working for a few years, Aashutosh decided to pursue an Executive MBA at the London Business School.
