Astha Maheshwari

Astha Maheshwari is a Business Analyst-II at Zinnia since September 2025, with previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Prospecta Software from April 2022 to September 2025. Astha has a strong background in understanding and translating business needs into efficient process solutions, including the production of Use Case models and project implementation following Agile methodologies. Additional responsibilities included providing data governance solutions and documenting business requirements for gap analysis. Astha began their career as an Analyst at JLL India from January 2021 to April 2021. Astha holds a PGPM in Marketing from IBS Mumbai (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IIS University (2016-2019).
