Gary Bray

Gary Bray is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop support, site IT analysis, and service delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer at Zinnia since December 2021, Gary is responsible for Level III IT support for local infrastructures and remote users throughout the United States. Prior roles include contributing as a Senior Site IT Support Analyst at Mars, and leading IT service delivery for the Kansas Medicaid contract at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. With experience supporting over 450 users at Mars-Wrigley Confectionery and providing desktop support for more than 140 workstations at Maximus, Gary has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure maintenance and project delivery.
