Dimple N Rakhiani (She/Her)

Dimple N Rakhiani has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dimple N started their career in 2010 as an HR & Back-end Officer at Technorite Consultants, where they were responsible for screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews, as well as database management.

In 2013, they joined Convergys as a Recruiter before moving on to Accenture as a Human Resources professional later that year. Dimple N then transitioned to Sapient, where they worked as an HR Executive from 2014 to 2015.

During this time, they also gained experience at EY as an HR Consultant and at KPMG India as a Consultant, where they specialized in HR-related responsibilities.

In 2018, Dimple joined Zinnov as a Human Resources Lead, and within the company, they subsequently held the positions of Senior Lead Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner. Their tenure at Zinnov continues to the present.

In addition to their roles at Zinnov, Dimple briefly worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the Boston Consulting Group in 2018.

Dimple N Rakhiani completed their secondary schooling at St. Marks Meera Bagh from 1992 to 2007. Continuing their education, Dimple obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IP University between 2011 and 2013.

Dimple N received certifications in OKRs from OKRs Software, Certification & Coaching @ Fitbots in January 2022, HR analytics from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal in September 2021, and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in November 2019. Dimple is also certified as a Training Professional by The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) in September 2019.

Moreover, Dimple possesses multiple certifications from Aspiring Minds, including proficiency in English, Business Analyst, Channel Sales Professional (twice), Corporate Sales Manager (twice), Creative Content Developer (twice), Data Processing Specialist (twice), and Software Development Trainee (thrice).
