Shilpa Nayak

Shilpa Nayak has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in the field of Human Resources. Shilpa joined Zinnov in 2021 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked at Deutsche Bank from 2015 to 2021, where they held the role of HR Advisor. Shilpa'sresponsibilities at Deutsche Bank included liaising with business leaders and managers to introduce HR requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives. Shilpa also had deep knowledge of workday modules and was involved in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Shilpa worked at GENPACT from 2013 to 2015 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they had expertise in various areas such as performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and employee relations. Shilpa worked closely with business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Shilpa also gained experience at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. from 2011 to 2013 as a Sr. HR Operations Specialist. Shilpa'srole involved handling HR operations and processes within the organization. Prior to that, they started their career at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 as an HR Process Associate, providing end-to-end recruitment support to clients.

Shilpa Nayak started their education in 2002 at M.E.S College of Arts, Science and Commerce, where they obtained their 12th grade degree in Science in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, focusing on Human Resource Management. In 2009, Shilpa enrolled at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for their Masters in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, which they completed in 2010.

Additionally, Shilpa has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In June 2004, they became a Certified Toastmaster (CTM) through Toastmasters International. In December 2011, they received the Six Sigma - Core Fundamentals Certified certification from Honeywell Technology Solutions Limited. (HTSL) India. Most recently, in October 2019, Shilpa became a Global Workday Trainer certified by Deutsche Bank.
