Shreya Joshi has had a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Shreya began their career in 2015 as a Guest Service Agent at Rendezvous Hotels, where they were responsible for delivering personalized guest service, maintaining the property management software, and being part of the 'Email Opt-In' committee. In 2016, they moved to InterContinental Hotels & Resorts as a Reservations and Guest Experience Specialist. Two years later, they joined InterContinental Sydney Double Bay as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In 2019, Shreya began working at Dineout as an Account Manager - Luxury Dining, and was later promoted to Senior Strategic Account Manager and Team Lead - Strategic Accounts. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager at Zinrelo.

Shreya Joshi began their education in 2011, when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management. Shreya then continued their studies at the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, where they earned a Master's Degree in International Hotel Management between 2014 and 2016. Most recently, Shreya is enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where they are pursuing an eMDP in Advanced Product Management.
