Angel Valles

Angel Valles has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they began as a Human Resources Assistant at Supervalue Supermarket, where they prepared employees' compensation and reported on monthly and annual reports for separated contracts. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Specialist at AMA Computer College Caloocan. In 2019, they joined Incenter as an Operations Supervisor and a Process Analyst, gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas, designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance, and creating and presenting process reports for client approval. In 2022, they started working as a Qualitative Research Manager at Zintro, connecting researchers, consultants, and investors with highly specialized experts, and they also became Co-Owner of Angel & Princess PigFarm.

Angel Valles completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Operations Management from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila between 2009 and 2013. Angel also holds a Civil Service Professional Second Level certification from the Civil Service Commission, which they obtained in December 2016. Additionally, Angel has obtained certifications from FIS in October 2019, including AML- Non-Bank Compliance (FOA_Partial), DPA Notice and Consent Compliance, Fair and Responsible Lending (Non-Bank), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, HMDA: Data Collection (215 HMDA Final Rule), Introduction to Data Privacy and Data Privacy Act of 2012, and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule - Overview.
