Sean Nelson, MBA, SPHR, GPHR, is a seasoned global human resources executive with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Zinus North America, they lead comprehensive HR functions to support a growing eCommerce enterprise. Previously, at ACCO Brands, Sean held multiple senior roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, where they directed operations across North America and Asia. They began their career in HR as a Consultant while also serving in the US Navy Reserve as an Aviation Ordnanceman 1st Class. Sean is also pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Rutgers Graduate School.
