John Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. John began their career at Starbucks in 2010 as a Shift Supervisor, taking on the responsibility of ensuring excellent customer service and meeting the company's service standards. Moving forward, in 2016, John worked at Yelp as an Associate Account Executive, where they pitched potential clients on Yelp ads and addressed their inquiries. In the same year, they joined RealWorld Marketing as a Digital Marketing Specialist, managing paid media channel campaigns and overseeing the trafficking of media assets. Currently, John is working at Zion & Zion, where they started in 2019 as a Sr Planner/Buyer, Media. John progressed within the company and held the role of Sr Digital Strategist in 2021 before being promoted to their current position as Director, Digital Strategy in 2022.

John Spencer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
