Charles Worrell

Charles Worrell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and data protection technologies. Currently serving as System Engineer IV at Zions Bancorporation since February 2008, Charles specializes in evaluating new data protection technologies and enhancing disaster recovery efficiencies. Previous roles at Zions Bancorporation included System Engineer III, with a focus on NetBackup administration and SAN storage management. Prior to this, Charles held various positions at ExxonMobil, including Senior Staff IS Analyst for enterprise storage and backup, UNIX administration, IS security consulting, and AS/400 security management. Additional experience includes roles at Mobil Oil Company in infrastructure support and system administration, and early career positions at the University of Houston College of Optometry and the Brooklyn Supreme Court Law Library. Charles holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown and an A.S. in Electronic Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
