Courtney Clark, CPA CIA CFE CERP, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and operational risk management. Currently serving as Vice President - Sr. Manager Regulatory Exam & Governance at Zions Bancorporation since March 2016, Courtney oversees a team in the Operational Risk Management department, managing relationships with regulatory agencies and coordinating risk frameworks. Previous roles at Zions Bancorporation include Vice President - Compliance Program Manager and Vice President - Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included leading compliance teams and executing key compliance management system components. Prior to Zions, Courtney worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Intermountain Healthcare and performed various auditing roles in state and governmental agencies. Courtney holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Weber State University.
