Jennifer A. Smith

Jennifer A. Smith is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Zions Bancorporation. Smith previously served as director of Enterprise Operations and has been responsible for the Customer Care Center, Deposit and Treasury Operations, Enterprise Loan Operations, and Consumer Lending and Card Operations departments. Prior to joining Zions Bancorporation, Smith held a variety of senior management roles in technology and operations risk management and internal audit at Wells Fargo. Smith holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from the University of Utah. She is member of the YWCA of Utah’s Board of Directors, and formerly served on the United Way’s Board of Directors.
