Radhakrishna Ranganathan

Radhakrishna Ranganathan is an accomplished Application Support Engineer III at Zions Bancorporation since May 2016, providing production support for FutureCore R1 and R2 releases, handling code installations, database patches, and user support for the BaNCS test region. Prior to this role, Radhakrishna served as a Senior System Engineer - DevOps at IBM from November 2009 to April 2016, where responsibilities included leading deployments in WebSphere, managing Continuous Deployment processes, and developing E-Commerce solutions using IBM’s WebSphere Commerce suite. Radhakrishna began a career in technology as a Software Engineer Trainee at Infosys Technologies Limited in early 2009, following the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VTU in 2008.
