Ryan Hill

Ryan Hill serves as the Executive Vice President of Total Rewards at Zions Bancorporation, overseeing compensation and benefits for approximately 10,000 employees in a leading financial services company. Prior experience includes significant roles at Baker Hughes, where Ryan led total rewards programs for over 65,000 employees during critical post-merger transitions and successfully implemented equitable benefits across more than 100 countries. Prior to this, Ryan managed compensation integration projects at Merck and held several HR roles, developing expertise in compensation analysis and strategic HR management. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
