Erin Kay

Principal at Zionsville Community Schools

Erin Kay is currently the principal of Union Elementary at Zionsville Community Schools. Erin has previously worked as an adjunct instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, a science educator at Carmel Clay Schools, and a science educator and general elementary math teacher at Muncie Community Schools. Erin was named Teacher of the Year in 2014 by Carmel Clay Schools.

Erin Kay earned their licensure in Educational Leadership and Administration/Principalship K-12 from Indiana University Bloomington. Erin then went on to earn their Master's degree in Education from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Finally, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Education from Indiana University Bloomington. Erin also has a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
