Jeff Papa

Jeff Papa, Ph.D., serves as Chief of Staff and General Counsel for the Indiana State Senate since November 2018 and as Editor in Chief of the Mensa Research Journal since July 2021. As President and Co-founder of the Youth Enhancement and Training Initiative, Inc. (YETI) since 2003, Jeff Papa has held multiple leadership roles, including Board Member positions at the Lincoln Presidential Foundation and The Fuller Center for Housing, and serving on the Board of Trustees for the Mensa Education and Research Foundation. In educational governance, Jeff Papa is a School Board Member for Zionsville Community Schools, elected Secretary for the term 2023-25, and a member of the Zionsville Safety Board. Jeff Papa's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Education Administration and Leadership from Indiana State University and numerous certifications and degrees from various prestigious institutions.
