Colby Smith

Colby Smith is currently the Chief of Operations at Ziosk, where they lead efforts to transform the hospitality industry through innovative SaaS solutions. With prior experience as Director of Operations for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Colby successfully oversaw 20 restaurants generating over $78M in revenue. They also held various positions at Outback Steakhouse, including Proprietor and Manager, where they managed multiple restaurant locations and led staff training and operational efficiency. Colby earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is pursuing degrees in Kinesiology and Business Management.
